Abstract：Objective Explore and analyze the efficacy and feasibility of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods A total of 122 patients with refractory heart failure who were admitted to Dehua County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Fujian Province from November 2018 to November 2020were selected and divided into a study group and a conventional group according to the random number table method, with 61cases in each group. The conventional group received routine anti-heart failure therapy, and the study group was additionally treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection on the basis of the conventional group. The total effective rate of treatment, changes in cardiac function,6-minute walk distance, plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide( NT-proBNP) level and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 96. 72%,which was higher than 73. 77% in the conventional group( χ2=12. 774,P < 0. 001). After 3 ～ 7 days of treatment, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in the two groups were reduced compared with those before treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction was increased, and the NYHA cardiac function class was decreased compared with that before treatment, and the above indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment. The improvement was better than that of the conventional group( all P < 0. 01); Compared with before treatment, the 6-minute walk distance in the two groups increased, the level of NT-proBNP decreased, and the increase or decrease in the study group was greater than that in the conventional group( all P < 0. 01); The scores of physiology, psychology, social relationship and environment in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the research group was higher than the conventional group( all P < 0. 01). Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti-heart failure therapy, combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection has a significant effect in the treatment of refractory heart failure, and can effectively improve the patients' cardiac function,6-minute walk distance,NT-proBNP level, and improve their quality of life. Worthy of clinical application.
